Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 65 and above who undergo gastrointestinal endoscopy or treatment under deep sedation; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 3.Have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Gastroscopy and treatment without using deep sedation with propofol; 2.Visual and auditory impairments or language disorders; 3.History of mental illness; 4.Hysteria; 5.History of cerebellar diseases, Parkinson's disease and post-embolism sequelae that affect the body's balance function; 6.Severe circulatory system diseases, such as unstable angina pectoris, cardiomyopathy, severe arrhythmias, etc.; 7.Severe respiratory system diseases, such as severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe asthma, etc.
