8 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 8–12 years; 2. After cycloplegia, spherical equivalent (SE) of –1.00 D to –6.00 D in both eyes, astigmatism = 0.8 in each eye; 3. Accommodation function within the normal range; 4. Intraocular pressure within the normal range; 5. Both the subject and their legal guardian must agree to participate and sign the informed-consent form; 6. All of the above criteria must be satisfied simultaneously.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Astigmatism > 2.50 D or anisometropia > 1.50 D in either eye; 2. Strabismus, amblyopia, allergic conjunctivitis, or any other ocular abnormality that may affect visual acuity; 3. Any systemic disease that could interfere with visual development; 4. Concurrent use of any other myopia-progression intervention (e.g., orthokeratology lenses, atropine, multifocal or bifocal spectacles); 5. Any additional condition deemed by the investigator to render the subject unsuitable for enrollment.
