Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with idiopathic Parkinson's Disease (PD) in H-Y Stage 1–4, without severe cognitive impairment (MoCA score > 10), aged 18–80 years, with stable medication regimens (no planned adjustments within the next 3 months), and who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with secondary Parkinson's syndrome, Parkinson-plus syndromes, severe failure of major organs (heart, lung, liver, or kidney), hemiplegia due to stroke, severe auditory or visual impairment, severe psychological or psychiatric disorders (such as severe anxiety or depression), and severe bone, joint, or muscular diseases.
