Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Hospital stay >= 48 hours; 3. Condition is relatively stable, conscious, possessing basic communication abilities, physical condition permits, and able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire survey; 4. Assessed as high risk according to the Morse Fall Risk Assessment Scale, with a total score >= 45 points; 5. Informed consent, voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe visual or hearing impairment that prevents cooperation with the investigation; 2.Diagnosed with severe dementia, psychiatric disorder, or in the acute or terminal stage of illness; 3. Completely bedridden and unable to perform any transfer activities due to orthopedic, neurological, or other conditions.
