Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Met the World Health Organization (WHO) or American Heart Association/American Stroke Association (AHA/ASA) diagnostic criteria for stroke; 2.Met the diagnostic criteria for Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment No Dementia (PSCIND) as outlined in the Expert Consensus on the Management of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment; 3.A disease course of >=1 month, with no use of any sedative drugs or antiepileptic drugs (sodium or calcium channel blockers) within the recent month; 4.Stable vital signs; 5.Absence of significant cerebral edema, hydrocephalus, or severe cerebral atrophy. 6.Aged between 18 and 70 years; 7.Informed consent form signed by the patient's family members;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A prior history of cognitive impairment due to other causes, such as Alzheimer's disease, encephalitis, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, etc. 2.Experienced epileptic seizures or used antiepileptic drugs within the past month. 3.Presence of severe depression or schizophrenia. 4.A history of alcohol or substance abuse. 5.Unstable vital signs. 6.Failure to provide informed consent by the patient's family members;
