18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years and 3 months; Adequate dialysis (urea reduction rate > 65%, urea clearance index (kt/v) >= 1.2); 4.Willing and able to understand this study: Capable of complying with all contents of the research protocol and signing a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients whose primary disease still requires hormone or immunosuppressant treatment; 2.Patients with vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiency; 3.Patients with other hematological diseases causing anemia; 4.Chronic active bleeding patients; 5.Active infection patients; 6.Malignant tumor patients; 7. Patients with severe heart and liver diseases; 8.Those who have received red blood cell transfusion in the past 3 months; 9.Pregnant or lactating women; 10.Patients with poor compliance, not taking or changing the prescribed medication as instructed; 11.Patients with incomplete clinical data or insufficient dosage of recombinant human erythropoietin.
