Oliceridine Group (Anesthesia induction was conducted using oliceridine at a dose of 0.03 mg/kg and propofol at 2 mg/kg. All other medications were administered in an identical manner in both groups.)
Sufentanil Group (Anesthesia induction was conducted using sufentanil at a dose of 0.1–0.15 µg/kg and propofol at 2 mg/kg. All other medications were administered identically in both groups.):None

20 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20 to 65 years 2. Body mass index (BMI): 18.5 to 28.0 kg/m^² 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I or II 4. Scheduled for gynecological surgery, including but not limited to hysteroscopic or laparoscopic procedures, with an expected operative duration of =2 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The data are incomplete, making efficacy and safety evaluation unfeasible. 2.Excluded cases must have documented reasons for exclusion. Such cases should be excluded from efficacy statistical analyses; however, their case report form (CRF) data should be retained for future reference.
