Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients with newly diagnosed lung adenocarcinoma who underwent radical surgery (lobectomy with lymph node dissection) at our hospital; 3. Known EGFR/ALK/ROS1 gene status (to avoid interference from targeted therapy); 4. pTNM stage I–III; 5. Archived tumor tissue >=1 cm³ with >50% tumor cells (to avoid necrotic areas); 6. Regular postoperative follow-up for >=3 years (or until death) with complete clinical data
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-radical surgery (wedge resection / palliative resection); 2.Preoperative neoadjuvant therapy received (chemotherapy / targeted therapy / immunotherapy); 3.History of concurrent other malignant tumors; 4. Stage IV or intraoperative discovery of pleural dissemination (M1a) 5. Tissue samples degraded/poorly fixed (FFPE not processed within 30 minutes during surgery) 6. Lost to follow-up or follow-up data missing >20% 7. Death within 90 days post-surgery (excluding interference from surgical complications)
