Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.he primary admission diagnosis includes any of the following: respiratory failure, severe pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), or pulmonary infection; 3.Anticipated ICU stay > 24 hours; 4.The patient or their legally authorized representative is able to understand the study protocol, willing to participate, and provides written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients transferred to the ICU following surgical procedures; 2.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of malnutrition prior to admission; 3.Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form or request withdrawal during the trial phase; 4.Patients concurrently participating in other clinical studies that may interfere with the results of this research; 5.Pregnant or lactating women;
