Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has been receiving regular hemodialysis for >= 3 months; 2. The patient and the caregiver are from the same family, living together or the caregiver lives in close proximity to the patient and can provide timely care; 3. Both the patient and their caregiver are aged >= 18 years; 4. They are conscious and able to understand the content of the questionnaire; 5. The patient and their caregiver have provided informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient or their caregiver has cognitive impairment or a history of mental illness; 2. The patient’s condition is unstable, or the caregiver is unable to provide care; 3. The patient is already participating in other similar studies; 4. The family is experiencing other major traumatic events.
