Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.At the time of ICU admission, met the definition of Sepsis-3 (infection + SOFA >= 2); 3.First admission to the ICU, with a stay of >= 24 hours; 4.Complete medication and laboratory data were available within 24 hours of admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Death occurred before admission to the ICU or the observation period was less than 24 hours; 2.Long-term dialysis in the past or end-stage renal disease; 3.More than 30% of key covariates were missing; 4.Patients with severe bleeding disorders or contraindications.
