Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80; 2. Previously performed Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy; 3. There is jaundice or abnormal liver function; 4. EUS and/or CT and/or MRI revealed intrahepatic bile duct dilation; 5. The stone is less than 1.5cm; 6. The location of the obstruction is below the confluence of the left and right hepatic ducts; 7. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coagulation dysfunction (INR>1.3) and a significant reduction in peripheral blood plate count <50 × 10^9/L; 2. Pregnant woman; 3. The stone is larger than 1.5cm; 4. High biliary obstruction; 5. Refuse to participate in this study and refuse to sign the informed consent form; 6. Other contraindications for endoscopic interventional therapy;
