18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years, regardless of gender; In need of single-tooth all-ceramic crown restoration for a first premolar or second premolar/molar (following completed root canal treatment); The opposing dentition consists of natural teeth or fixed prostheses; Healthy periodontal tissues with no active periodontal disease; Essentially normal occlusal relationship; Provides informed consent and is willing to attend follow-up appointments on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women; Individuals with parafunctional habits such as smoking (>10 cigarettes/day), excessive tea or coffee consumption, bruxism, or clenching; Individuals with poor oral hygiene (Plaque Index > 2); Teeth with excessive hard tissue defects requiring post-and-core restoration and lacking sufficient remaining tooth structure; Individuals with a known allergy to the restorative materials or their components; Individuals with infectious diseases or severe systemic diseases (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes); Individuals unable or unwilling to cooperate with the study procedures or attend follow-up visits.
