Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Complies with the KDIGO standards recommended by AKI in the 2012 KDIGO Guidelines for Improving Global Kidney Disease Prognosis; Or meet the diagnostic criteria for patients with acute kidney injury based on chronic kidney disease (AonC); 2. Age >= 18 years and <= 75 years old, regardless of gender; 3. The patient agrees and has signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having cognitive impairment or mental illness that prevents cooperation; 2. Individuals with severe functional abnormalities in the heart, liver, kidneys, and hematopoietic system; 3. Individuals who are allergic to the drugs used in our research group; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Individuals who have participated or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the first month prior to enrollment.
