Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 3 years and meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism spectrum disorder (ASD); 2.Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) > 30; 3.Able to cooperate with multi-echo fMRI (ME-fMRI) scanning; 4.Able to cooperate with TMS treatment; 5.The participant and/or legal guardian provides written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to undergo TMS intervention and/or MRI scanning (e.g., presence of a cardiac pacemaker); 2.Comorbid malignant tumor or other severe medical conditions; 3.Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome), schizophrenia, speech and language developmental disorders, hearing impairment, or inability to cooperate with rehabilitation assessment and treatment in a seated position; 4.Presence of metal implants (post-implantation); 5.History of epileptiform seizures/epilepsy, or current use of antiepileptic drugs or antipsychotic medications; pregnancy; 6.History of traumatic brain injury, intracranial infection, brain tumor, or intracranial metal implantation / intracranial surgery; 7.Unstable medical condition such as severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction or extreme frailty.
