Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 2) Patients meeting the Sepsis-3.0 diagnostic criteria; 3) Clinical features consistent with SMI: Echocardiography indicates left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVEF 14.0 pg/mL; elevated NT-proBNP meeting the diagnostic threshold for cardiac dysfunction; 4) Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age < 18 years; 2) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3) Patients with malignant tumors, immune system diseases, or organ transplantation; 4) Patients with organic heart diseases, including acute coronary syndrome, myocarditis, pulmonary heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, or valvular heart disease; 5) Patients with a history of cardiac surgery, acute pulmonary embolism, or post-cardiopulmonary resuscitation; 6) Patients who died within 48 hours of admission or had an extremely poor prognosis; 7) Patients with severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, or coagulation disorders.
