Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized in the cardiology department and complete the detection of myocardial injury markers (troponin T/I); 2.The population that has received in-hospital treatment and completed electrocardiogram testing;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The first ECG was presented in the emergency department. 2.ACS was diagnosed within one month after the first ECG collection.
