Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Idiopathic PD, in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the British Brain Bank, Hoehn & Yahr staging: 2.5 - 4 stages (2) The therapeutic effect of medication has declined or motor complications have occurred (3) Meets the indications for DBS surgery (4) Signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary Parkinsonism (2) Severe cognitive impairment (MoCA < 20) (3) Severe mental illness, surgical contraindications (4) Unable to cooperate in completing follow-up assessment
