Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Gender: no restriction; age: 18-85 years old; (2) Patients with aortic dissection (AD) or acute coronary syndrome (ACS) have complete clinical data, including imaging data, blood routine tests, and other relevant examinations; (3) Patients with AD or ACS must be confirmed by whole-aorta computed tomography angiography (CTA); (4) Healthy subjects must have undergone a physical examination, and no aortic-related diseases are mentioned in the conclusions of the physical examination report.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Anti-tuberculosis treatment, chemoradiotherapy, radionuclide therapy, puncture biopsy, or surgical treatment prior to diagnosis; (2) Complicated with obliterative arteritis, acute myocardial infarction, or other peripheral and central vascular embolism-related disorders; (3) History of hematological diseases; (4) Presence of severe infection; (5) Patients with advanced or metastatic tumors or those receiving hospice care.
