Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy control group: (1) Aged 18 to 65 years old; (2) The total score of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) is 7; (3) The total score of the Parsons Insomnia Scale is greater than 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Local factors of nasal cavity: chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal polyps, acute exacerbation of allergic rhinitis, recent (within 4 weeks) history of nasal surgery or trauma. 2. Local gastrointestinal factors: inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic constipation or diarrhea (Rome IV criteria), history of gastrointestinal malignancies, recent (within 3 months) major gastrointestinal surgery history. 3. Major mental and neurological disorders: schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, dementia, etc. 4. History of interfering medication: (1) Used antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, and synbiotics in the past 4 weeks. (2) Regularly using drugs that affect gastrointestinal function (such as proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs) within the past 3 months. (3) Have used immunosuppressants or corticosteroids in the past 3 months. (4) Systemic diseases: autoimmune diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, malignant tumors, severe heart, liver and kidney failure. (5) Recent infection and special physiological status: History of acute infection or fever in the past 4 weeks; Pregnant or lactating women. (6) Lifestyle and dietary habits: long-term shift and night shift workers; Have a history of alcoholism or drug abuse; There have been significant changes in dietary structure recently.
