Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for hypospadias. 2. Meet the surgical indications for urethral plate incision and tubularization. 3. The patient voluntarily participates in this study, signs a written informed consent form, and is willing to cooperate with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for hypospadias disease; 2. Patients with a history of immunodeficiency diseases (such as HIV, etc.), or a history of cancer, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, or severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or other diseases that may significantly reduce life expectancy; 3. Has any disease history that may affect compliance with the protocol (such as severe mental disorders, cognitive dysfunction, drug abuse or addiction, etc.); 4. Patients judged by the researcher as unsuitable for participation in this study.
