Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old; 2. ASA I - III; 3. The patient underwent pulmonary lobectomy;

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic lung disease and acute lung injury or acute respiratory distress syndrome within 3 months; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. Patients with cognitive dysfunction; 4. Postoperative follow-up was lost;
