Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing assistants dispatched by third-party companies to work in hospital wards; 2. With >=3 months of work experience; 3. Possessing an elementary school education or higher; 4. Able to proficiently use smartphones to complete E-learning training; 5. Voluntarily participating in this study and signing an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with definite plans to leave within the next year; 2. Those currently participating in other similar training or research programs; 3. Individuals unable to complete the training and assessments.
