Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18-60 years old, gender not limited; 2.The first ankle sprain occurred more than 12 months before the start of this experiment, and at least one ankle sprain occurred within the past year; 3.The injured ankle joint experiences a sense of loss of control during functional activities; 4.The anterior drawer test and talus tilt test were both negative, ruling out mechanical ankle instability; 5.The Cumberland Ankle Instability Scale (CAIT) score is <= 24 points; 6.Clear awareness, good compliance, able to understand and complete the relevant training content of exercise prescription; 7.All participants voluntarily signed informed consent forms before the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of lower limb fractures or surgical operations, etc. 2. Severe hypertension, heart disease and other clinical diseases that affect the experiment; 3. Poor compliance, unable to understand and cooperate to complete the treatment; 4. Voluntarily withdraw for any reason.
