Taekwondo group:8 weeks of Taekwondo exercise intervention, 3 times a week, 45 minutes each time, with a moderate intensity or above (HRmax 60%-69%)
Boxing group:8 weeks, 3 times a week, 45 minutes of boxing intervention each time, with a moderate intensity or above (HRmax 60%-69%)
Judo group:8 weeks, 3 times a week, 45 minutes of judo intervention each time, with a moderate intensity or above (HRmax 60%-69%)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 7 to 9 with ADHD were selected as the test subjects, and there were no contraindications to exercise; 2. Not color-blind or color-weak; 3. No history of participation in Taekwondo or boxing; 4. Good physical health condition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intellectual disability or learning difficulties as assessed; 2. Visual, auditory or motor function defects that affect participation in training; 3. Diseases with contraindications to exercise; 4. Have received training in Taekwondo, boxing, judo or other combat sports.
