Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older. 2.Clinically diagnosed with cerebral small vessel disease, and MRI imaging shows typical manifestations of cerebral small vessel disease, such as white matter hyperintensities, lacunar infarcts, cerebral microbleeds, and enlarged perivascular spaces. 3.Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Within 3 months of the onset of an acute cerebrovascular event. 2. Patients with severe stroke and previous brain disease, neurological infections, head trauma, demyelinating diseases, neurodegenerative diseases and brain tumours, such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. 3. with severe systemic diseases such as heart failure, liver and renal insufficiency. 4. have used medications within the last 3 months that may affect inflammatory factor levels or cognitive function. 5. the presence of mental illness or cognitive dysfunction that would interfere with study co-operation. 6. subjects with life expectancy = 5 years due to advanced cancer and other diseases. 7. contraindications to MRI examination.
