18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity; 2) Be engaged in rehabilitation treatment-related work in the Chinese mainland; 3) Have continuously engaged in rehabilitation treatment work for no less than 6 months; 4) Voluntarily participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Personnel in management and administrative positions do not directly participate in front-line clinical rehabilitation treatment. 2) Interns, trainees or rehabilitation practitioners who have not been officially registered. 3) Those currently undergoing treatment for mental illness or severe anxiety/depression symptoms. 4) Those who, for any reason, cannot complete the questionnaire or whose answers are illogical (such as selecting the same option for all questions in a short period of time). 5) Those who do not agree to participate in this study.
