Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age between 26+0 and 32+6 weeks. 2. Birth weight =50%).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants with an Apgar score < 3 at 1 minute or < 5 at 5 minutes. Preterm infants diagnosed with severe congenital malformations (e.g., gastrointestinal malformations, congenital heart disease requiring emergency surgery), inborn errors of metabolism, or severe infections (e.g., sepsis) at birth. Preterm infants who developed early symptoms of NEC (e.g., abdominal distension, vomiting, bloody stools) or were diagnosed with NEC within 72 hours after birth. Preterm infants with confirmed allergy or intolerance to breast milk components (e.g., confirmed cow's milk protein allergy to breast milk). Preterm infants whose guardians are unable to cooperate with follow-up (e.g., unstable contact information, plan to leave the study area after discharge). Preterm infants whose biological mothers are unable to cooperate with providing breast milk or completing relevant surveys due to mental illness, cognitive impairment, etc.
