Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >=15 years old; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria Brucellosis Diagnosis (WS269-2019), the cases were determined to be laboratory-confirmed; 3. Will live in the pilot area in the next two years; 4. Agree to receive treatment in county-level cooperative medical institutions and accept treatment management by responsible personnel; 5. Patients have communication tools that can achieve daily contact, such as mobile phones and landlines

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with communication disorders (including mental disorders, visual, hearing and language disorders); 2. Patients infected with the human immunodeficiency virus, or undergoing chemotherapy, or suffering from other diseases of the immune system, or severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, or cirrhosis of the liver; 3. Patients at risk of serious complications; 4. Patients with previous experience in using electronic monitors.
