Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients aged 18 to 80 years. 2.Patients who presented with upper gastrointestinal bleeding between June 2023 and June 2025 and were endoscopically diagnosed with peptic ulcer bleeding. 3.Patients were clinically stabilized for discharge, and have been post-discharge for at least 6 months. 4.Provision of signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Endoscopically diagnosed non-ulcer bleeding (e.g., variceal rupture, Mallory-Weiss syndrome, tumor, etc.); 2.Coexisting severe cardiac, renal, or pulmonary disease, or malignancy with a life expectancy of less than 6 months. 3.Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric illness precluding cooperation with follow-up. 4.Patient declines to participate.
