Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2.Continuous enteral nutrition support via nasogastric tube; 3.Enteral nutrition duration >= 72 hours; 4.The patient or the patient's family has given informed consent and is willing to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Lack of relevant data; 2.Patients who have interrupted or changed the enteral nutrition support method due to illness or treatment reasons; 3.Hypophosphatemia caused by other reasons: such as recent hemodialysis, treatment of hyperphosphatemia, or parathyroidectomy, etc.
