Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tumor tissue, blood, and feces from patients aged >=18 and =18 and <=80 years with Stage IV malignant tumors confirmed by imaging and pathology who are undergoing immunotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Specimen Collection Patients: Age 80 years1;Patients diagnosed via endoscopy or surgery with conditions such as polyps, adenomas, or other non-colorectal cancer conditions;Other situations where the investigator deems the patient unsuitable for inclusion. Exclusion Criteria for Questionnaire Survey Patients: Age 80 years;Other situations where the investigator deems the patient unsuitable for inclusion.
