Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elective lung resection under general anesthesia via thoracoscopy, age 18–75 years, BMI 18–30 kg/m², ASA classification I–III; no history of gastroesophageal reflux disease; preoperative assessment indicates no difficult airway; no pleural adhesions; no preoperative pulmonary complications such as infection, atelectasis, or pleural effusion; patients who have not undergone thoracic surgery within the past 30 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, history of gastroesophageal reflux, expected difficult airway, chest adhesions, hoarseness before surgery, throat discomfort, cough, abnormal bronchial opening (chest CT shows that the opening distance of the upper lobe of the right lung is less than 2cm from the carnium), etc.
