Control group:The patients in the control group received routine education, including: 1. Health education: explaining the causes and treatment methods of infertility in detail to improve the patients
2. Diet guidance: guide patients' life and diet, formulate recipes according to patients' nutritional status and taste habits, inform patients about the importance of standardized diet and guide patie
3. Exercise guidance: urging them to maintain good living habits, and appropriate physical exercise, told them to avoid overwork and ensure the quality of sleep
4. Psychological support: provide psychological counseling and support to patients, actively communicate with patients, understand their psychological status, and help them relieve negative emotions.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female infertility patients who underwent assisted reproductive technology; 2. Normal language function, can correctly express their own ideas; 3. Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe heart, brain, lung and other organ dysfunction; 2. With a history of major disability or mental illness.
