Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults with moderate to severe AD who meet Williams' diagnostic criteria, have an IGA score of >=3, an EASI score of >=7.1, an SCORAD score of >=25, a PP-NRS score of >=4, a body surface affected area of >=10%, and a disease course of more than 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous treatment with JAK inhibitors; 2.Hematologic abnormalities: granulocytopenia (absolute neutrophil count <1.0×10^9/L), lymphocytopenia (absolute lymphocyte count <0.5×10^9/L), anemia (hemoglobin <80 g/L); 3.Active hepatitis B or active tuberculosis; 4.Severe bacterial or fungal infections; 5.Pregnancy or lactation; 6.Dysfunction of substantial organs such as the liver, kidneys, or heart; 7.Current diagnosis of malignancy; 8.Presence of psychiatric disorders or lack of capacity or limited capacity to consent; 9.Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
