Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years; 2.Absence of one or more posterior maxillary teeth, with a healed edentulous site for more than 3 months; 3.Undergoing lateral window maxillary sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implant placement; 4.Complete clinical documentation, including detailed surgical records; 5.Availability of CBCT imaging data obtained preoperatively (T0), immediately postoperatively (T1), and at 6 months postoperatively (T2);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of preoperative maxillary sinus pathology, including acute or chronic maxillary sinusitis, sinus membrane thickening > 5 mm, or intrasinus cysts or polyps; 2.Inadequate CBCT image quality, with severe artifacts or imaging defects that precluded accurate two-dimensional or three-dimensional measurements; 3.Untreated periodontitis or poor oral hygiene; 4.Poor compliance, including inability to attend scheduled follow-up visits or incomplete clinical records; 5.Heavy smoking (> 20 cigarettes per day); 6.Requirement for additional vertical or horizontal bone augmentation procedures other than lateral window maxillary sinus floor elevation; 7.Marked heterogeneity in residual bone height within the same maxillary sinus, with planned implant sites exhibiting mixed RBH values (= 3–6 mm);
