Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infections caused by clinically significant pathogens, such as Staphylococcus aureus infection, Enterococcus faecalis infection, Enterococcus faecium infection, Escherichia coli infection, Klebsiella pneumoniae infection, Enterobacter cloacae infection, Moraxella catarrhalis infection, Acinetobacter baumannii infection, Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection, Proteus mirabilis infection, and Mycobacterium avium infection, all have corresponding clinical symptoms or imaging support; 2. At least one qualified specimen culture or NGS indicates the corresponding pathogen results; 3. Administer first-line antibacterial drugs and the treatment course is >= 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases with significant lack of clinical data or with low credibility of the data; 2. Cases determined by clinicians as colonization (including cases where the course of the disease indicates colonization or suspected colonization; cases where the patient's symptoms or imaging manifestations improved without taking antibacterial treatment).
