Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 years or older. 2. Diagnosis of IPF confirmed according to the official guideline. 3. Provision of signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disease exacerbation or significant decline in pulmonary function within the past month. 2. Presence of severe cardiovascular or active pulmonary diseases. 3. Any comorbid conditions affecting muscles, neurological disorders, or unilateral limb dominance. 4. Inability to complete the six-minute walk test.
