Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part 1: Patients who have completed polysomnography in our hospital and have complete clinical data; capable of undergoing relevant tests. Part 2: Voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign an informed consent form; gender unrestricted, age 18 years and above; capable of completing relevant tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visceral diseases (such as cardiac, hepatic, renal dysfunctions). 2. Previously received OSAHS treatments such as CPAP, surgery, and oral appliances. 3. Presence of the following conditions: Meniere’s disease, noise exposure, use of ototoxic drugs, chronic otitis media, chronic mastoiditis, head trauma, chronic insomnia, and psychiatric disorders. 4. Researchers believe there are any reasons that make the participant unsuitable for the trial. 5. Patient refuses to complete the corresponding questionnaire survey, hearing test, or vestibular examination.
