Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ER or SR; 2. histopathologic diagnosis of DGIST based on spindle cell morphology on H&E staining, positive CD117 (KIT) immunohistochemistry and/or molecular KIT or PDGFRA gene mutations; 3. primary tumor in the duodenum, preoperatively diagnosed by computed tomography (CT) or endoscopic ultrasound and intraoperatively or postoperatively confirmed by ER or SR; 4. complete preoperative and postoperative clinical and pathology data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. coexistent malignancy; 2. history of GIST or other malignancies at any site; 3. severe preoperative dysfunction of major organs, such as cardiac, cerebral, hepatic, or renal systems; 4. incomplete clinical or pathological records or inability to obtain follow-up information.
