Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction group inclusion criteria: (1) Age d>=18 years old, male or female; (2) In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction in the 2023 Chinese Guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease (3) Complete baseline clinical data (including age, blood routine, myocardial enzymes and other indicators) (4) receiving treatment or medication for CHD; 2. Normal coronary artery group inclusion criteria: (1) Age d>=18 years old, male or female; (2) Coronary angiography showed that the coronary artery was normal without stenosis or plate lesions (3) Complete baseline clinical data (including age, blood routine, myocardial enzymes and other indicators)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women; (2) Patients with severe infection; (3) Patients with autoimmune diseases; (4) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (5) The patient had malignant tumor.
