Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The tumor is located in the middle and lower part of the rectum (the lower edge of the tumor is <= 10 cm from the anal verge) and the surgical pathology confirms it as malignant; 2. After rectal cancer resection, colo-rectal anastomosis, colo-anal anastomosis or closure of the rectal stump is adopted; 3. Before discharge after radical rectal cancer surgery, before preventive stoma reversal (3 months after the primary lesion surgery or after the completion of primary lesion surgery adjuvant therapy), or when the patient presents with unexplained pelvic pain, fever or elevated white blood cells, etc., clinically, the occurrence of anastomotic leakage (AL) needs to be excluded; 4. Voluntary signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abdominoperineal combined rectal resection (Miles procedure); 2. Pull-through rectal resection (Bacon procedure); 3. Allergic to ultrasound contrast agent; 4. Recurrence of rectal cancer after surgery.
