Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic Criteria:With reference to the review in BMJ 2017 and the American Physical Therapy Association's guidelines for neck pain,it was consistent with Neck pain,Cervical radiculopathy,Cervical myelopathy. Inclusion criteria 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. neck persistence for more than 3 months; 3. age within 18-70 years; 4. VAS >= 4 points; 5. be able to use a smartphone proficiently; 6. have a family member to provide assistance; 7. voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria 1. history of cervical fracture, subluxation or surgery; 2. spinal infection and malignancy; 3. known substance abuse; 4. diagnosis of mental disorder; 5. unfamiliarity with Chinese language; 6. severe osteoporosis; 7. anticipated poor compliance and inability to follow up regularly.
