Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients covered by medical insurance, admission to FRG requires medical insurance from Changsha City (including Changsha County, Liuyang City, and Ningxiang City). 2. Age range: 16 - 75 years old. 3. The time from admission to the hospital to the onset of the disease is <=12 months. 4. The neurological condition has not deteriorated for more than 72 hours. 5. There is one or more of the following functional impairments: consciousness disorder, cognitive disorder, speech disorder, swallowing disorder, movement disorder, sensory disorder, defecation and urination disorder, etc. 6. The subject or the caregiver voluntarily signs the informed consent form for rehabilitation assessment and treatment risks. The selected patients need to meet all the above 6 criteria simultaneously.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who were wrongly included but did not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. Those whose clinical data after inclusion were incomplete, affecting the judgment of efficacy and safety;
