Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for LDH in accordance with the 'Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation' by the Chinese Society of Orthopedics; 2. Age 18–75 years; 3. Able to read, write, and communicate, and cooperate with examinations and treatment; 4. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form; Note: Only patients who meet all four of the above criteria can be included in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet the surgical treatment criteria for LDH; 2. Patients with severe diseases such as lumbar tumors, infections, or tuberculosis; 3. Patients with lumbar or lower limb superficial tissue diseases or arthritis; 4. Those with fever; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. Those currently participating in other clinical trials that may affect the observation of efficacy indicators; 7. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form for this study design or violate the pre-specified trial protocol. Note: Any patient meeting any of the above criteria should be excluded.
