18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 - 85 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Confirmed as having influenza A infection through rapid antigen test or RT-PCR method; 3. Visited the hospital within 72 hours after showing flu-like symptoms (such as body temperature >= 37.8?, cough, sore throat, muscle pain); 4. Voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for the ketogenic diet (such as a history of acute pancreatitis, active gallbladder disease, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, congenital fatty acid metabolism disorders, pregnancy or lactation). 2. Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes with a history of ketoacidosis. 3. Severe immunodeficiency conditions (such as HIV/AIDS, after organ transplantation, long-term use of high-dose glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants). 4. Unable to eat orally or having gastrointestinal diseases that severely affect nutrient absorption. 5. The investigator determines that there are any other circumstances that make participation in this study inappropriate (such as mental disorders, expected survival period < 7 days, etc.).
