Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old 2. Patients diagnosed with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease 3. Possessing a smart phone and being able to use its intelligent software

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with serious diseases who cannot cooperate with the investigation 2. Those with severe cognitive impairments and abnormal mental states 3. Those with poor language expression skills and inability to communicate normally
