18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. adults >= 18 years of age; 2. preoperative residual bone height (RBH < 4 mm) in the maxillary posterior region and the presence of additional homogeneous or heterogeneous alveolar horizontal bone defects (Benic 2-4 category); 3. has undergone a lateral wall lift of the maxillary sinus and intraoperatively obtained posterolateral wall bone fragments were used for homotopic or heterotopic horizontal bone augmentation; 4. has a complete and detailed medical history and surgical documentation; 5. have signed the Informed Consent Form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active periodontal or peri-implant infection; 2.Heavy smoking (>10 cigarettes/day); 3.CBCT images with severe artifacts (e.g., motion or metal artifacts) that would preclude accurate linear or volumetric measurements.
