Age
40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient is>= 40 years old; (2) The ACL of the knee joint is completely ruptured, with or without meniscal damage; (3) The type of graft used for ACL reconstruction is the LARS ligament; (4) There is no obvious arthritis manifestation on imaging, and the K-L classification is less than 3; (5) The affected limb has no history of knee surgery; (6) The postoperative follow-up is 2 years and the follow-up clinical and imaging data are complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Bilateral knee ACL injury; (2) Combined posterior cruciate ligament or posterolateral complex injury; (3) Grade III injury of the medial collateral ligament; (4) Infection of the knee joint and surrounding skin; (5) Combined periarticular fracture; (6) Obvious abnormalities in lower limb alignment and tibial plateau posterior inclination angle; (7) Looseness of multiple joints throughout the body and hyperextension of the knee; (8) Highly positive pivot shift test; (9) Incomplete preoperative and postoperative follow-up data.
