Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Permanent residents of the pilot villages who are over 65 years old and regularly participate in the government-organized rural public health physical examination program annually; 2) Have a confirmed diagnosis of atrial fibrillation through 12-lead ECG/Holter/cardiology specialist/hospital referral pathway; 3) Have at least one eligible first-degree relative living in the same area (within the Eastern New Area of Chengdu) during the trial period, and the first-degree relative agrees to participate in the study; 4) Capable of self-care in daily life; 5) Able to communicate via telephone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with moderate to severe mitral stenosis or those who have undergone heart valve replacement surgery; 2) Patients with a history of ICD or CRT device implantation; 3) Patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation or cardiac surgery within 3 months prior to enrollment; 4) Patients with a history of pulmonary vein isolation or left atrial appendage occlusion; 5) Patients with contraindications to anticoagulation; 6) Patients with an expected survival time of less than 1 year; 7) Patients participating in other clinical trials.
